This post is going to be short but the photos will speak volumes. My first stop was Phnom Phen we were here only one day and I am glad we got out fast. The place we stayed was near the river and all the tourist. It was a town I would skip for a smaller town out side of the capital. There was a lot of poverty in this country and I was happy to visit and buy things from the locals to help the economy. The local food was great and the way we did the two Wat loops was key to the enjoyment. For more info on what the best plain for Angkor Wat see my brothers blog it has all the details. Short story ride a bike on both and start supper early. If you do you will be rewarded with lunch poolside every day. IMG_4158

There were many high lights during the 6 day there. Heaven is a restraint that teaches orphans that are too old for orphanage to cook and make a living. I is Great food and a Great cause. There is the pool that I mentioned we spent most afternoons there. It was easy to play and relax in this town. So enjoy the photos and look for the tree with a door in it.
